The P.T.A. of Totten Intermediate School 34 will be hosting its Annual Spring Gala on
Thursday, April 11, 2013 at The Historic Old Bermuda Inn, Staten Island, NY

WILLINGNESS TO SERVE * 2013 ~ 2014 As a parent of IS 34, who will have one or more children attending the school in September
2013, you are eligible to participate on any and all PTA committees which you are interested in. Below are three types
of Willingness to Serve Forms. Please download any and all forms that interest you, complete them and send
to "Attn: PTA Willingness to Serve/Nominating Committee." We look forward to working with you!!
